Ingredients:
2 cups (500 mL) hot milk
1/3 cup (80 mL) chocolate syrup
1/4 cup (60 mL) chocolate liqueur
1/4 tsp (1 mL) almond extract
1/2 cup (125 mL) 35 % cream
A pinch of ground nutmeg
Preparation:
Combine hot milk, syrup, liqueur and almond extract.
Whip cream until softly stiff. Pour milk mixture into cups or mugs.
Top with whipped cream and sprinkle with nutmeg.
