A peek from the Town Crier’s Friday, January 22, 1971 issue – The Town League hockey was again going strong in Mildmay with players coming from the Ayton-Neustadt area to make up the PeeWee and Squirt League. Play-offs were set to begin soon and fans were encouraged to help cheer them on to victory. The above photo shows the previous year’s Champs in the PeeWee division.
