A peek from the August 1, 1957 Mildmay Gazette – The swimming pool created by the local Rotary Club at the Mildmay Co-op Dam was put to good use this month by local youngsters. Every hot day the kids come in droves for their daily dip. The picture above proves the point, although it was taken on a day when the crowd was not as large as usual.
