Mildmay Shell recently won a major Customer Service Award from Shell Canada. The store was one of only a handful from across the country to be recognized for Exceptional Frontline Customer Service. Mildmay was one of the smallest communities to win the award. This is significant as the award was based on customer responses and the level needed to qualify was very high. Congratulations to (l-r) Barb McCausland, Sarah Stuy, Carrie Newton, Helen Arnold, Pat Kell and Site Supervisor Emy Lamont. Each of them received a gift card which they are holding.
