Ron Hill of Teeswater is pictured with the last bottle of beer off the line at the Formosa Springs Brewery on December 31, 1971. While there to purchase a case of beer, Joe Weiler offered Ron a tour of the plant as it was about to close. This bottle had gone through the cap machine, but was stuck on the line before being labelled. The label pictured was put on after the fact, courtesy of Sonny Opperman of the “Formosa House”.
