A peek from the Town Crier’s Wednesday, September 13, 2000 issue – One of the highlights at the Mildmay-Carrick Fall Fair was the “Farmer’s Olympics”.   Teams had to don coveralls and then corral a greased pig and return him to his box pen. “Arnold” caught onto the game quite quickly and gave members a real chase.  This was the youngest team in the Olympics and they really did very well and had the crown cheering them on.  – Town Crier photos
