A peek from the Town Crier’s Thursday, August 18, 1979 issue – “Tony” Missere’s first customer back in 1926 was Moses Filsinger (at right), a former Carrick Township Reeve. Tony retired on August 1, 1979 and his last customer was none other than Milton (Moses) Filsinger of Carrick Township, seen here being measured by Tony, Mildmay’s tailor. Milton is the son of Moses Filsinger. – Town Crier photo
