A peek from the Town Crier’s Friday, March 18, 1977 issue – The first “Beaver” group to be organized in this area is the one pictured above at Clifford. The Beaver movement is the newest addition to Scouting and is for boys from ages 5 to 7 years. Invested at  Clifford were: Back row- Anson Field, Dale Litt, Jeff Williams, Kevin Reinhart, Tony Dyksterhuis, Michael Koehler. Middle row- Steven Barrie, Danny Boelke, Ricky Hobelman, Mark Barrie.  Front row- Roger Pfeffer, Jeff Smith, Troy McHarg, Jeffery Camm, Sean Hefkey.  Absent for the photo was Robbie Zimmerman.
