A peek from the Town Crier’s December 13, 1983 issue – Santa and his talking tree are pictured chatting with some of the residents who came out on Friday night, December 4 to help celebrate the Chamber of Commerce’s first “Hanging of the Green”. The evening was overwhelmingly accepted and the Chamber is eagerly looking forward to an even bigger and better celebration next year!    – Town Crier photo
